The growth and building plan includes an amazing rehab to all apartments including restrooms, kitchens, windows, air flow, high performance boilers, new roofs, fire escape, fire alarm improvement that will consist of CO detectors and upkeep garage. This plan of action also contains the full security system linking all buildings with digital cameras to a centralized company. The construction also includes a new maintenance center with walkways and street scaping.

Outing Park II Apartments includes brand new construction for 20 apartments and major rehab of 98 current flats.
