The Northwest College of Construction is a privately financed, non-profit academic facility that was established by the Residence Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland, related Builders and Contractors (ABC), Associated General Contractors (AGC), as well as the nationwide Utility Contractors Association (NUCA)
